Publication rejected by TED

In this support article, you will learn what you can do if your publication has been rejected by TED.
Please note: TED applies stricter rules when checking publications. An example of this is the chosen language in a Dutch-language form with content filled in English.
Despite rejection from TED, Tenderned usually publishes on their platform after 48 hours.
Publication rejected by TED
If you receive an email from TED stating that the publication has been rejected, to rectify this, the publication must first be removed from Tenderned.
This requires intervention from the Mercell service desk to send a removal request to Tenderned. Please call us or send an email to get in touch for the necessary information.
In the meantime, you can export the incorrect publication from the tender, and after confirmation from Tenderned, delete the form and create a new one.
