Within the context of Business Process Management there is the administrator and viewing role. If you have view rights, you will see which processes you can use. You can also choose to enable or disable certain processes, so that your organization cannot use them.

As an administrator, you can put together your own process if the existing processes do not sufficiently support your (purchasing) process. A license is required for this.
