Publicatie rectificeren van Tenderned/TED

Een publicatieformulier kan vanuit Mercell Source-to-Contract verstuurd worden naar TenderNed en/of TED. Na publicatie is het mogelijk om dit formulier te rectificeren. 

Publicatieformulier rectificeren

Indien u een rectificatie wilt doorvoeren op een gepubliceerd publicatieformulier (op TenderNed of TED) doorloopt u de volgende stappen.

• Open de tender en navigeer naar publicatie

• Klik rechts op de formulierinstellingen en kies wijzigen,en wijzig de velden die u wenst te rectificeren

• Navigeer vervolgens naar valideren

• Kies voor rectificeren om de wijziging naar Tenderned en/of TED te versturen

Belangrijk

Het is pas mogelijk om een publicatieformulier te rectificeren nadat deze de status Gepubliceerd heeft gekregen in tabblad Publicatie. 

Rectify publication from Tenderned/TED (EU)

A publication form can be sent from Mercell Source-to-Contract to TenderNed and/or TED. After publication it is possible to rectify this form.

If you want to make a rectification to a published publication form (on TenderNed or TED) follow the steps below.

• Open the tender and navigate to publication

• Click on the right-hand side of the form settings and select Edit and modify the fields you wish to rectify.

• Then navigate to validate

• Select rectify to send the change to Tenderned and/or TED

Important

It is only possible to rectify a publication form after it has received the status Published in the tab Publication.
