Adding EU Funds to the Result Announcement

In this support article, you will find the steps to add EU funds to a result form.

Note: To add more detailed information about the EU funds, you must first select at least one winner in the Results section to be able to see the Contracts tab in the left menu.

The optional step may be mandatory depending on country-specific legislation. You can identify the mandatory field by the text 'Required' and an * (asterisk) in the field.

Adding EU funds to the result announcement:

While in the Results form:

  1. Click on Object in the left menu.

  2. Scroll down to the EU Funds section.

  3. Select Procurement project fully or partially financed with EU funds.

  4. Click on Contracts (subsection) in the Results section in the left menu.

  5. Optional: If a contract has already been created, click on the three-dot menu on the right side of the contract and select Edit.

  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  7. Click on + Add EU Funds Details to fill in the information.

The entered information will be saved automatically.
