Create a parcel tender

When creating a new tender, you can also convert it to a parcel tender and set it up with a questionnaire(s).

Create a parcel tender

1. Create a new tender via the Add button from your tender management

2. Go to Properties in the left menu in the tender

3. Navigate the screen to Type and click on the button Convert to tender with plots (Note: this is an irreversible action)

4. You can add parcels under List of parcels in the left menu

The structure of a parcel tender looks as follows:

• General

• Lot 1

• Plot 2

• and so on

Via the Plots home page you can open the List of plots per plot to set up with a questionnaire under Content in the left menu in the plot.

Please note: General is standard and leading in a parcel tender. You must add a questionnaire with at least one question here. This is to prevent providers from being unable to submit.
