Ask questions
If you participate in a tender, you have the opportunity to seek clarification on various aspects of the tender. This may include inquiries about specific documents or sections of the questionnaire.
There are two ways for preparing and submitting questions: directly within the Questionnaire or utilizing the dedicated Question & Answer module.

Ask questions via Question & Answer
Open the tender from your tender overview
Navigate to Questions & Answers in the left menu
Click on the Pose question button at the top right corner
Choose a reference from the tender, click Next
Write your question in the text area and click Save as draft
Your message is saved in the Draft sub-tab, ready to send or edit
To send a single question, click on the 3-dot menu behind the question and click Submit or
To send all draft questions at once, click on the Submit all draft questions button at the bottom right
Your submitted questions can be found in the Submitted sub-tab. As soon as the buyer publishes answers to questions, you will see them in the Published sub-tab. You will then receive a notification of this.
Ask questions from Questionnaire
You are working on the questionnaire in the tender.
At the top right of each question you will see a speech bubble with a '?' (
) click here if you have a question about the question you are working on. The question is now linked to this reference.
Write your question in the text area and click Save as draft
Your message is saved in the Draft sub-tab in the Question & Answer tab , ready to send or edit
To send a single question click on the 3-dot menu behind the question and click Submit or
To send all draft questions at once, click on the Submit all draft questions button at the bottom right
Your submitted questions can be found in the Submitted sub-tab. As soon as the buyer publishes answers to questions, you will see them in the Published sub-tab. You will then receive a notification of this.
Tip: If you have multiple questions in the system, you can easily import your questions using an import sheet that you can download from Questions & Answers (also added as an attachment in this article). Fill the file with your questions and click the 3-dot menu next to the Ask Question button and choose Import Questions.
When importing, you can link a reference per question (line in the file), click Save.
