Soms krijg je een vraag binnen via een andere weg dan Vraag & Antwoord. Wil je deze alsnog toevoegen? In dit artikel lees je hoe je dit kunt doen.
Vraag toevoegen
Ga naar Vraag & Antwoord
Klik rechts op het drie-punts menu icoontje en kies Vraag Stellen
Selecteer vervolgens de naam van de aanbieder of Anoniem en klik op Volgende
Selecteer een referentie, klik op Volgende
Noteer de vraag in het tekstvlak
Klik op Vraag Indienen
De vraag staat klaar onder de tab Nieuw.
Add question as buyer in Question & Answer

Add question
Go to Question & Answer
Right click on the three dot menu icon and choose Ask Question
elect the name of the provider or Anonymous and click on Next
Select a reference and click on Next
Write down the question in the text field
Click on Submit question
The question is ready under the New tab.
