Add colleagues and change contact person in tender

You can work with several colleagues from your organization in a tender.

This article tells you how to add colleagues and, if applicable, change the contact person.

 

Adding Colleagues

  • Open the tender from the tender overview

  • Navigate to the Team/Colleagues tab in the left menu in the tender

  • Click Add in the top right corner and select the colleague(s) you wish to add

 

You can now collaborate with colleagues in the tender. Each collaborating colleague can submit a tender.

 

Change contact person

  • Navigate to the Team/Colleagues tab in the tender

  • Click on the 'profile card' of the colleague who will be contact person

  • Then click on Make contact person
