Viewing questionnaire and downloading documents

You can view and download the content/questionnaire and documents in a tender.

Go to Offer (Note: the buyer can give the system name Offer a custom name) in the left menu of the tender. You can see the Questionnaire(s) there. At the top right of the Questionnaires, you will see three icons displayed:

Open

• Book = content questionnaire

• Arrow = download content and documents

• Trophy = Award Methodology

Click the arrow icon to export the questionnaire(s) and documents. You will be notified when it is ready, visible by the "bell icon" in the upper right corner next to your name. If you click on the bell icon you can complete the download right there.

Note: If you participate in a tender with lots, you can make the export per lot. Open a plot from the lots home page or Submit in the left menu in the tender.
