Manage organization profile and colleagues
After creating the organization profile, you are the administrator and contact person for your organization at that time.
In this article, you will learn how to manage the organization profile and colleagues.
Add a Colleague
You can only add colleagues to a tender who already have a profile within your organization. The administrator of the organization account can send invitations to colleagues who do not yet have a Mercell Source-to-Contract profile.
Go to the left side of the screen and click on Organization settings at the bottom to access the organization overview. Click on Colleagues.
Click on Invite.
Enter the email address of the colleague.
Click on Add and optionally enter the email address of another colleague.
Click on Send.
The colleague will receive a link to log in.
Change Contact Person
You can recognize the contact person of the organization by the 'yellow star icon'. You can change this as follows.
***This can only be done if you and the new contact person are an administrator of the organization.
Go to the left side of the screen and click on Organization settings at the bottom to access the organization overview.
Click on Organization profile.
Scroll down to contact person and click on Change contact person.
Select the colleague you want to set and click on Change contact person.
The contact person is now changed.
Please note:
Only one person can be the contact person.
You need to be an administrator to edit the organization profile.
