Upload limit and file formats

What is the upload limit per document and which file formats are allowed?

Upload Limit

Documents can be uploaded/downloaded up to 2GB per document. There is no limit to the number of documents that can be uploaded. The maximum size of a file attached to a message is 10MB.

File Formats

We support all common formats up to a maximum of 2GB per document. If our platform does not accept your file format, you can package the file in a ZIP file. Below is an overview of the supported formats:
