Introductions

The upgrade to Mercell Source to Contract (S2C) can be seen as one of Mercell’s key strategies in maintaining and expanding the position of leading European provider of Source to Pay procurement solutions. By unifying on one loveable S2C platform Mercell will benefit from:

  • Reducing costs for the maintenance of REPs

  • Increase of available resources to spent on development of USPs  

  • Increase of brand awareness throughout Europe

  • Best of breed solution

To successfully upgrade all buy-side customers the use of a common upgrade plan is needed. A plan that can be used at all times when entering new markets. This plan will define the strategy to upgrade and the necessary steps to take to successfully upgrade. 

The upgrade plan will be executed by the Buy-side Go To Market manager (GTM) with focus on upgrading existing clients. The GTM is responsible for executing the plan.
