Project group

The upgrading process will affect many stakeholders on different levels. To ensure involvement of all relevant stakeholders I advise to restructure the stakeholders being involved but also the communication lines and reporting structure. 

There are three levels of stakeholders involved:

  • Group 

  • G2M team 

  • Country 

 

Group 

The G2M manager will report to management on the progress of OKRs, lessons learned and strategic decisions regarding the upgrade process on a bi-weekly basis. 

Stakeholders: Lars Vangen Jordet, Arild Nilsen, Camilla Ransom, Line Tonne and Country managers.

 

G2M team 

We advise installing a multidisciplinary team. This team will work closely together on an operational level. Their task is to work towards clear key results set as a team. Lessons learned will be shared with the focus on improving and scaling the upgrade process and making it available to the respective countries. The team should consist of the following units, members and responsibilities:

Responsible for the way we demonstrate, storytelling and explain USPs. Customer facing.

New sales

  • Unknown

Support in and on delivering and updating relevant documents needed during competition.

The multidisciplinary team will have a bi-weekly meeting to share lessons learned and discuss progress on the upgrade process. Project managers accountable for the upgrade process on country level will join the bi-weekly meetings to update the team on progress.

 

Country 

On a country level the following stakeholders will be needed to execute the upgrade process. The project manager will be accountable for executing the upgrade plan and will report on progress during the weekly meeting with the G2M S2C team. The country level stakeholders will have a weekly meeting to discuss progress and share lessons learned.
