Send message to multiple parties
You can message different parties within a tender separately, but you can also choose to message multiple parties at once. You can read what this means below.
Send messages to multiple parties
If you send a message to multiple people, you will see it as a group message. The recipient only sees your name, and not those of the fellow recipients. A recipient of a message will never know who else you sent the message to. They call this a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) receiver.
If the recipient sends a response in the message, you will receive a notification. Each message you sent to multiple people becomes a separate conversation. In this separate conversation you can communicate 1-on-1 with the parties.
Important
If you want to notify all providers within a tender, you can search for Providers under Recipients. When you select All providers, all providers are automatically added to the list of recipients.
