This article gives a short description of different problems that could arise on the “Messages and announcements” page in tenders in Mercell Source-to-Contract.

  • Buyers can only send messages to suppliers that have already accepted the invitation.

  • Suppliers are never able to see each other’s messages. They are also unable to see each other as recipients of the buyers messages (those are sent as BCC).

 

Announcements

If the process does not allow publication on the Published Tenders page, no announcements are available.
