In Mercell Source-To-Contract there is the possibility of multiple rounds. Each round contains a number of steps, including a so-called 'vault moment'. You can determine the number of rounds yourself.

Add round

Once you have started a tender, it will contain one or more rounds, depending on your chosen process. You will see this in the left menu. In the gray bar you will see the name of the round.

If you want to add an extra round, you can follow these steps:

Click on the Schedule tab within the tender. You will see Submit quotations for each round.

When you hover over the schedule, you will find an Add button at the bottom of each round. When you click on this, a new round will be added. You will also immediately see this appear in the left navigation menu.

Important

If you are unable to add a round, this may be due to the process that has been chosen. Not every process facilitates these dynamic rounds.
