Unmapped case responsible

Problem

Applies to any integration

User is unmapped on Sakarviv tab, or responsible person is no more a part of archive system and default responsible is not configured.

Solution

Check if user mapping is enabled (field Enable User Mapping (37)).

Check if user is mapped on Sakarviv tab.

Navigate to customer integration configuration and set default responsible:
