User missing access rights in archive system

Solution

Add the needed rights for the archive user creating the Case OR re-open the Case in Archive.

Normally each Mercell user is mapped to a corresponding archive user. It is the archive user in P360 that is missing sufficient rights.
Another reason for this error message triggering is if the case has already been closed in the Archive. If the Case has already been closed then any transfers that are waiting will not be transferred.
