Problem

Error log shows: Klarer ikke å åpne oppgitt fil

 

Applies to GeoIntegration integrations.

Solution

Make sure the machine hosting the archive integration webservice can reach https://integration.mercell.com/GeneralIntegration/Utilities/GetFileHandler.ashx

The url should ansver: “Bad request”

This is by design

Archive system on premesis cannot reach Mercell’s file service. This is likely due to firewall rules or routing preventing this
