Public Holidays (Tendering)

Tendering Admin

This article applies only to the module Tendering.

The user can define specific public holidays that affect the operation of the system in the following functionalities.

Electronic auction (auction extension)
- By the end of the electronic auction's extension period (if one has been implemented in the auction specification) and if the auction extension period falls on a specified holiday, the auction extension will automatically move to the next business day according to the auction specification.

Addition of a new holiday

Click on the "Create public holiday" link
In the "Date" field, select a date from the calendar menu
In the "Legend" field, enter the desired specification (e.g. the name of the holiday)
Click "Save" (→ you will receive confirmation that the saving was successful)

Editing an existing holiday

Select a year from the drop-down menu
The public holidays defined for the selected year will open below
Click on the editable holiday
The holiday information form opens, where you can edit the date and the legend
After editing, click "Save" (→ you will receive confirmation that the saving was successful)
If you want to delete a holiday, click "Remove" (→ in the confirmation dialog, by clicking "OK" the holiday will be deleted, you will receive confirmation from this)
