Top navigation functions and menus

In the top navigation of Mercell Tendering, you can find the modules (1) that the procurement unit uses, a link to the support portal (2), and a menu for changing the language (3) of the user interface. You can choose between the support languages.

Folder view and favourites

The home page shows the folder view of Mercell Tendering. The information displayed in the folder view differs depending on the permission and the functionality used by your organization.

Search

With the “Search” function, you can search for notifications by name, identifier or self-defined search criteria.

Favourites

In the favourites view, the user can add contests as favourites. Favourites are managed from the "Actions" view of notifications.

News  

On the home page you can find current announcements (if they have been published) e.g. about the use of the competition and updates. Open the announcement by clicking on its link. The procurement unit can also publish its own bulletins to the column. Bulletins are created from the "Notices" section of the "Settings" menu.

Signing out

Clicking ‘Log out’ will log you out of your current session.

For data security reasons, we recommend logging out of your session, when not using Mercell Tendering.
