Pre-saved texts (Tendering)

This article applies only to the module Tendering.
Pre-saved texts can be defined for tender requests, procurement decisions, contracts, protocols and auctions.
Adding pre-saved texts
Select the group where you want to store the pre-saved text
Grouped under parent levels (Contract notice, Decision, Mercell eAuction or Other)
Select the desired group
Select "add new" from the + button, and the pre-saved text editing window will open
Enter the pre-saved recording text

Click “Save” to store
Editing or deleting pre-saved texts
Under the list group, select the item for which you want to modify or delete the pre-saved text
Grouped under parent levels (Contract notice, Decision, Mercell eAuction or Other) based on the header information of the text fields
Select the desired header information
Select "edit" or "delete" from the menu button at the end of the listing.
Uncheck removes the selected pre-saved text immediately

Using and adding pre-saves texts from the drop-down menu
The texts defined in the pre-saved texts become selectable. to the drop-down menu of the text field's pre-saved texts. Several pre-saved texts can be attached to one text field.
Usage tip: All contest users can save pre-recorded texts while filling out the form. The new pre-recording text can be saved by selecting "turn on text recording", entering the text in the text field and selecting "save".
Selected texts can be edited in the text field, in which case the edits only apply to the document. Permanent changes are made in the "List editor". All pre-saved texts are available to all procurement personnel in the organization.
