Sharing access with colleagues and collaborators

Sharing access with colleagues and collaborators

As economic operator you have access to sharing your subscription with colleagues and collaborator etc. This enables you, as i.e. a consortium of economic operators, to submit a single request or tender, containing contributions from all participants.

1. On the Tenders tab, click on "Show tenders" for the relevant tender you want to share access to.

2. On the Status tab of the tender subscription, press the green "Share" button.

3. Enter the e-mail address of the person you want to invite to participate in your offer submission. You can also decide whether they should have full or limited access to the registration.

a. Sharing with full access gives the invitees full access on an equal footing with you.

b. Limited access sharing only allows invitees to create their own ESPD response, add and view their own documents.

4. Under the Sharing tab, the invitation state is displayed. The people who are still listed as 'Invited' have not responded to your invitation or created a user inside ETHICS yet. That is those persons have not gained access to the tender subscription. Once those people have created a user, their status will change to 'Access'. To the left of the people's e-mails, you have the option to resend the e-mail invitation.

5. Under the Responsible tab, you can define which responsibilities the users have. These are just designations and have no other function than to inform the contracting authority about who has what responsibility.
