Tarjouspalvelun Käyttäjähallinta 9.1.2025

Huom: Siirrot suoritetaan erissä, ja kaikille käyttäjille ilmoitetaan siitä ennakkoon sähköpostitse.
Tarjouspalvelussa on otettu käyttöön uudistettu Käyttäjähallinta, johon kaikki yritysprofiilit sekä käyttäjät siirretään. Cloudia Käyttäjähallinta parantaa turvallisuutta, vastuullisuutta ja läpinäkyvyyttä organisaation yritysprofiilissa. Sen tavoitteena on helpottaa organisaation yhteyshenkilöitä kokoamaan oikeat henkilöt mukaan projekteihin.
Tarjouspalvelun käyttäjät sekä organisaatiot tullaan siirtämään automaation kautta Käyttäjähallintaan. Jos teidän organisaatio tai käyttäjät on jo Käyttäjähallinnassa, tämä ei koske teitä.
Tärkeitä huomioita siirtoon liittyen:
Siirto on automaattinen, eli teidän ei tarvitse tehdä mitään
Yritysprofiili sekä käyttäjät siirretään kaikkine tietoineen Käyttäjähallintaan
Uusien käyttäjien luonti sekä olemassa olevien hallinnointi tapahtuu jatkossa Käyttäjähallinnassa
Lähetetyt sekä keskeneräiset tarjoukset säilyvät ennallaan Tarjouspalvelussa
Käyttäjien ja organisaatioiden siirto aloitetaan 13.1.2025 kello 16:00 (GMT+2) ja kestää käyttäjäkohtaisesti muutaman sekunnin. Siirron jälkeen pääsette kirjautumaan Tarjouspalveluun normaalisti vanhoilla tunnustiedoilla.
Tarjouspalvelun kirjautumistapa päivittyy yksinkertaisemmaksi.
Nyt sinun tulee syöttää ensiksi käyttäjätunnus (sähköpostiosoite) ja tämän jälkeen klikata “Kirjaudu” painiketta:
Tämän jälkeen järjestelmä vie sinut kirjautumissivulle johon sinun tulee syöttää salasana ja klikata “Kirjaudu sisään” painiketta:
Huom! Siirron jälkeen aikaisemmin asetettu käyttäjätunnus ja salasana toimii edelleen

Note: Migrations are done in batches and everyone will receive an email when it will be done to their user.
A new User Manager has been introduced in the Supplier Portal, where all company profiles and users are transferred. Cloudia User Management improves security, accountability and transparency in the organisation's company profile. It aims to make it easier for the organisation's contact persons to assemble the right people for projects.
The users and organisations will be transferred via automation to User Management. If your organisation or users are already in User Management, this will not apply to you.
Important information about the transfer:
The transfer is automatic, so you don't have to do anything
The company profile and users are transferred with all their data to User Management
All new users are created and existing users are managed in User Management
Submitted and pending bids will remain unchanged in the Supplier Portal
The migration of users and organisations will start on 13.1.2025 at 16:00 (GMT+2) and will take a few seconds per user. After the migration, you will be able to log in to the Supplier Portal as usual with your old credentials.
The way to log in to the Supplier Portal will be simplified.
You will now have to enter your username (email address) and then click on the "Log in" button:
You will then be taken to a login page where you will need to enter your password and click on the "Log in" button:
Note! After the transfer, the username and password previously set will still work.
