Randomizer

The randomizer allows you to select a random selection of providers from the group of qualified providers, which you can then invite to tender. This functionality only works in mini-competitions. This means that the large group of providers come from a DPS, Wholesale List or Framework Agreement.  

Using the randomizer

• Open the mini-competition

• Navigate to Suppliers in the left menu

• Click the Run randomizer button on the top right of the qualified providers

• In the newly opened window, enter a number under Number of selected suppliers and click Randomize

The randomly selected providers are indicated by a die icon next to the organization's name.

Notice: 

The mini-competition does not start immediately after the randomizer is run and the providers are randomly selected. You start the mini-competition by clicking the Start mini-competition button.
