What suppliers see in the invitation

If you invite a supplier they will receive an email message with short text, a title, and a purchasing organization name. 

The message refers to a page that takes you to a specific invitation page. On this page you will find the following:

• Solicitation title

• Description

• Lead Buyer contact details

• A supplier may accept or decline this invitation.

Note: If a supplier rejects the invitation, a reason can be entered there. You will receive a notification about this. In addition, you can find the rejection in the invitations of the menu "Suppliers".

In the invitations log file you can find the original recipient of the invitation and the organization that accepted the invitation.
