When to invite suppliers to my solicitation

You can read here at which two moments you can invite suppliers.

1. In advance: you can invite suppliers while they are not yet able to submit an offer or view the documents.

2. During submission of offers: it is possible to invite suppliers during the period of submission of offers. You can first prepare the documents, allow the submission of offers, and then invite the suppliers.
