The digital vault is a place where suppliers can submit their quotes. Depending on the chosen process, this quotation may or may not be directly accessible.

Digital vault

The contents of this digital vault can be found under the tab Offer (the Envelope icon on the lefthand menu of a solicitation). On this page you will receive the offers of the suppliers. At the top right (depending on the process) you can manually grant access for the submission of quotations. The schedule will be filled with the dates on which you grant or revoke access.
