A process manager license is a label that you can assign to people within an organization. With this license you get the opportunity to create processes yourself.

Editing a process

In Mercell Source-to-Contract, each tender is started based on a predetermined process. The standard available processes are created by Mercell Source-to-Contract.

Within a process, all settings can be determined at tender level. This includes terminology, standard number of rounds, mandatory actions, whether publishing is possible, etc. If you have a Process Manager license, you can edit these processes in collaboration with Mercell until they are to your liking.
