Question management (Sourcing)

Access Question Management from the settings menu or the envelope-icon in the top bar. In this section, you can view and respond to questions submitted by suppliers regarding your requests.

• Unanswered questions - lists questions that are unanswered

• Answered questions - lists questions that have been answered

Answering questions

• Select the question you want to process.

• You will be redirected to the "Questions" page.

• Type the answer in the field

  • If you select "the answer can only be seen by the person asking" then the answer to the question goes only to the person asking the question.

  • If no choice is made, the answer will go to all bidders who read the answer.
