This article only applies to Sourcing

In the Company Documents section, administrators can add documents to the organization's document widget on the front page. This section can also be used to manage library files, which can be attached to requests. All added files are listed in the 'My Files' folder, and are accessible for viewing by all company users.

Add a file

  • Click "Add a File"

  • Select a file from your computer or a network drive.

  • Click “Save attachment” to store the file.

Modify a file

  • Click the “gear”-icon in the overview of the particular file.

Delete a file

  • Click the red cross mark in the overview of the particular file.
