From "My Startpage" hover over your name to the right in the top menu and select "My Profile" .
Down to the right, under the heading "Support" select "Yes".
Finish by clicking "Save Support Selection".
Your account will now be accessible to TendSign support for 24 hours.
Please inform us when you have permitted support personnel to view your account.
