If you forgot your current password, you can create a new one.
The account is blocked by too many incorrect login attempts.
Note that if you have more than one account in TendSign, then the username may not be an email address.

Create a new password by clicking the "Forgot password?" Link on the page you log in. On the page that appears, just follow the instructions.
The new password will automatically be sent to the e-mail address registered with you in the system.

When you log in to TendSign.com with the new password sent to you, you will be prompted to change this to a password you specify. Note that this password must be 6-12 characters long and contain both letters and numbers.
