Notification statements
In order to keep internal and external stakeholders informed of the current expiration date of the various statements, they are informed in the following manner by means of a notification.
An important starting point here is that the supplier is expected to renew the relevant declaration 2 weeks before its validity expires. In the explanation below, this is referred to as the 'desired renewal date'. The background to this is that the purchasing organization should also have time to check the added statement.
Vendor manager notification
1 month before expiration of statement - notification within SRM
On the day the validity of the declaration expires - notification within SRM
2 weeks after statement expiration - notification within SRM
Daily overview 'not read' notifications - via e-mail
Supplier contact person notification (by e-mail)
1 month before expiration of statement
1 day before desired renewal date
1 day after the desired renewal date
1 week after desired renewal date (from this time, until supplier has added the statement, he will continue to receive a notification every week)
