Digitaal UEA invullen en ondertekenen

Dit artikel legt in een paar stappen uit hoe het digitaal UEA formulier invult. In het Engels ESPD (European Single Procurement Document) genoemd. 

Het digitaal UEA formulier invullen

1. Open de vragenlijst van de tender en navigeer naar de vraag met het UEA.

2. Klik op Invullen. Een nieuw tabblad opent met de web interface voor het Uniform Europees Aanbestedingsdocument.

3. De inkopende organisatie heeft het formulier voor jou klaargezet, vul verder in wat er voor jou van toepassing is.

4. Doorloop de stappen van het formulier tot en met Klaar. Kies daar voor Overzicht en controleer het volledige formulier. 

5. Klik op Opslaan als alles correct is.

6. Je wordt teruggestuurd naar Mercell Source-To-Contract. Je bent klaar met het invullen. Er is een PDF-bestand opgeslagen met de kopie van de inhoud. 

7. In de vragenlijst in  Mercell Source-To-Contract klikt u rechts onderaan op Opslaan/Opslaan en sluiten om jouw beantwoording op te slaan. 

Ondertekening

Indien de inkoper tevens een UEA formulier wenst met natte handtekening, dien je deze te uploaden. 

1. Kies rechts bij het PDF-bestand middels het 3-puntsmenu om het PDF te downloaden nadat je tot en met stap 6 heeft doorlopen. 

2. Print en onderteken dit bestand en upload het ondertekend PDF-bestand vervolgens in dezelfde vraag via de Uploadknop.

Filling out and signing digital UEA/ESPD

This article explains in a few steps how to complete the digital UEA form. Called ESPD (European Single Procurement Document) in English. 

Filling out the digital UEA form

1. Open the tender questionnaire and navigate to the UEA/ESPD question.

2. Click on Fill Out. A new tab opens with the web interface for the Uniform European Procurement Document.

3. The buying organization has prepared the form for you, continue filling in what is applicable to you.

4. Go through the steps of the form up to Done. There, choose Overview and check the entire form. 

5. Click Save if everything is correct.

6. You will be returned to Mercell Source-To-Contract. You have finished filling out the form. A PDF file is saved with the copy of the content. 

7. In the questionnaire in Mercell Source-To-Contract, click Save/Save and Close at the bottom right to save your answer. 

Signature

If the buyer also requires a UEA/ESPD form with wet signature, you will need to upload it. 

• Select the PDF file on the right using the 3-point menu to download the PDF after going through step 6. 

• Print and sign this file and then upload the signed PDF file in the same question using the Upload button.
