Voor een marktconsultatie is er geen officieel publicatieformulier beschikbaar. In dit artikel wordt uitgelegd hoe u alsnog een marktconsultatie publiceert. 

 

Een marktconsultatie publiceren

  1. Open de tender van uw marktconsultatie.

  2. Ga naar het overzicht aan de rechterzijde en kies Publicatie.

  3. Stel in bij de eigenschappen of dat u wilt dat aanbieders zich wel of niet aan kunnen melden.

  4. Ga vervolgens daaronder naar Publicatieplatformen.

  5. Klik op Toevoegen en start een F01 - Vooraankondiging van een opdracht.

  6. Vul het formulier in tot en met Valideren en publiceren. 

  7. Controleer alle inhoud en klik op Verzenden.

  8. In de tab Publicatie volgt u op de plek waar u het formulier aanmaakte de status van de publicatie richting TenderNed en/of TED.

 

Wilt u de publicatie in een andere taal publiceren, bijvoorbeeld Engels zorg dat u via uw profielinstellingen de taal wijzigt naar het Engels. Als u dit doet en een publicatieformulier toevoegt in de tender wordt deze automatisch vertaald.

 

Belangrijk

Let erop dat de tender óók op Mercell Source-to-Contract gepubliceerd wordt inclusief aanmeld-knop. Dat is bij het publiceren van een F01-formulier niet de standaard.

There is no official publication form available for a market consultation. This article explains how you can still publish a market consultation. 

 

To publish a market consultation

  1. Open the tender of your market consultation.

  2. Go to the overview on the right and select Publish.

  3. Select from the properties whether you want bidders to be able to register or not.

  4. Then go to Publication platforms.

  5. Click on Add and start a F01 - Advance Order.

  6. Complete the preceding questions and under Market Consultation, indicate with Yes that this is a market consultation.

  7. Continue completing the form up to Validate and Publish.

  8. Check all content and click Submit.

  9. In the Publication tab you can follow the status of the publication towards TenderNed and/or TED at the location where you created the form.

 

Important

Make sure that the tender is also published on Mercell Source-to-Contract, including the registration button. This is not the standard procedure when publishing an F01 form.
