Create a Monitoring Profile
Options available depend on your subscription plan.
This guide will walk you through the steps to create a Monitoring Profile, which allows you to receive notifications for new business opportunities based on specific criteria such as keywords, regions and contract types.
Note: This article assumes you already have a subscription package that includes the option to create a Monitoring profile.
To create a new Monitoring profile follow the steps below:
Once logged in, Click on your name in the top right corner.
Select ‘Monitoring profiles’ from the dropdown menu.
Click on the + New profile button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Enter a Profile Name in the first field. This will help you identify the profile in your list.
Fill in other sections like Keywords, CPV codes, Delivery regions, and any other necessary filters for the profile (e.g., Contract nature, Expiring contracts, etc.).
Keywords: Enter specific terms related to the tenders you're interested in (e.g., ‘construction’, ‘Software’).
CPV Codes: Select relevant CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) codes that categorize tenders by industry or type.
Delivery Regions: Select the geographical regions where you want to receive tenders.
Opportunity types: Select which type of opportunities you would like to see matches for (Upcoming tenders, Planned investments, Tenders).
Contract Nature: Choose the types of contracts (Works, Supplies, Services, or Not Specified).
Expiring Contracts: Enable if you want to receive notifications for contracts that are about to expire and might be re-tendered.
After filling in all the details, click on Save profile at the top right corner of the page to finalize the creation of your monitoring profile.
Once the profile is saved, you will start receiving notifications based on the criteria you’ve set. New notifications will start arriving from the following day when new publications are available that match your profile.
You can create multiple profiles to track different types of tenders based on various criteria or locations. Notifications will be sent automatically based on your settings and you can edit or delete a profile at any time from the Monitoring Profiles page.
By following these steps, you can ensure that you're always updated with the latest tenders relevant to your business interests. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to support.
