Options available depend on your subscription plan.
This guide provides a detailed explanation of the various sections of a Monitoring Profile and how to effectively configure each one to optimize your search results for tenders, contracts and procurement opportunities.

To Customize Your Monitoring Profile:
You can configure your Monitoring profile by adding Keywords, selecting CPV codes, choosing Delivery regions, specifying Contract nature, selecting Opportunity types, and enabling the Expiring Contracts alert.

Fill in all required fields on the page and Save your selections.
To add multiple keywords in the same search, use the ‘+Add keyword’ option.
You can Edit and/or delete the already added keywords through the three dots icon on the right-hand side of the Monitoring profile page.

CPV codes (Common Procurement Vocabulary) are standardized codes used in public procurement within the EU. These codes help identify specific categories of goods, services and works.
Click on ‘Add CPV codes…’
You can either manually select the codes you are interested in or use the search functionality to find the relevant CPV codes.
Select the codes that match your desired goods or services. You can select multiple codes depending on your focus.
To expand the sub-categories for each main category, click the arrow next to the listed code.
Once you've selected all relevant codes, save your changes to add them to your Monitoring profile.
The Delivery Regions section allows you to define the geographic regions where you are interested in providing or delivering goods or services.
Click on ‘Add delivery region’
Add delivery regions to scope your monitoring and get the most relevant hits.
You can select multiple regions depending on your business capacity and interest.
The Opportuny type section allows you to select which type of opportunities you would like to see matches for:
Click on ‘Select opportunity type’
Select the listed types relevant to your organisations
Selecting all types ensures you won’t miss any important updates related to your other profile selections.
Save the changes
The Contract Nature section helps you define the type of contract you are interested in:
Click on ‘Edit contracts’ and select the type(s) of contracts that are most relevant to your business.
You can select more than one contract nature if your company operates in multiple areas.
Selecting multiple contract natures ensures you capture a wider range of potential contracts, especially if your business provides both services and supplies
The available Contract Natures are:
Works: Construction or building-related contracts.
Supplies: Contracts for delivering goods.
Services: Contracts for providing services.
Not Specified: Contracts that don't clearly fit into one of the categories mentioned above, or where the contracting authority hasn't defined the contract's nature.
The Expiring Contracts section is a tool that helps users see tenders related to contracts that are nearing their expiration. This feature is beneficial as it gives you early visibility into contracts that may soon be re-advertised.
In the Expiring Contracts section, choose to receive notifications or view results for contracts expiring within a specific time frame (e.g., 6 months, 12 months, etc. before the end of the contract).
This feature is beneficial to get a head start on potential upcoming tenders by preparing proposals or understanding the requirements ahead of time.
By following these steps, you can ensure that you're always updated with the latest tenders relevant to your business interests.
