What is the Monitoring Inbox?

To ensure that you have comprehensive access to business opportunities, the monitoring inbox will display a live view of all opportunity matches related to your active monitoring profiles. Which will then allow you to search, filter and review all relevant matches. As it is a live feed, it can also contain matches that you have not yet received in the monitoring email.
Note: This article assumes you already have a subscription package that includes the option to create a Monitoring profile and you have already created at least one profile on your account.
As a subscriber with a monitoring profile, you can find all your matches here. You can also navigate to this feature on the left side menu, as shown in the illustration below.
Make changes to your monitoring inbox matches
The business opportunity matches that are shown in your monitoring inbox will reflect any changes you make to your monitoring profile. For example, this means that if you add a new CPV code or region, the monitoring inbox will instantly include additional matches, as well as the historical matches. The same applies if you remove items such as a CPV code or region from your monitoring profile. Read more about editing monitoring profiles.
