    This is a brief step-by-step guide to creating an ESPD.

    Note: To use this guide, it is assumed that you have an existing tender where you can create the ESPD.

    To create an ESPD

    1. Press the ‘Documents’ link in the bottom left corner to review the tender documents.

    2. Click on the ‘Create ESPD’ button to create an ESPD.

    3. Select the type of procedure and optionally a file reference number.

    4. Click the arrow on the right-hand side to expand the selection list, allowing you to individually select the relevant exclusion grounds the tenderer needs to address.

      If needed, you can select all from the same section by checking the checkbox of the chosen ground.

    5. Expand the selection list by clicking the arrow, to choose which selection criteria tenderers need to provide information about.

    6. Scroll down to Save the ESPD as part of the tender documents.

    Once successfully saved, you should now be able to view your ESPD in the tender documents.
