New and improved list of your tenders
A new easy to use page for managing your tenders has now become available through the Supplier Premium Service.
The new tender list is part of the premium and enterprise license of our Supplier Premium Service. This means that it will be immediately available to existing premium and enterprise license subscribers.
Please continue reading for a description of the functionalities on the new tender list page…
At the very top of the page you will find different tabs (Active invitations, My ongoing, Ongoing etc.) that group tenders together depending on what stage of the procurement process they are in. For example, when a tender deadline has passed, the tender will move to ’Expired’ and if you withdraw your interest the tender will be moved to ’Not interested’. There is also an ‘All’ tab which will show you all the tenders that you and your company are connected to.
Below those tabs you will have a search field that works as a keyword search as will find any matches within the tender id, tender reference, tender name or tender description. Next to that is an option to list tenders according to which of your colleagues is the tender response owner in case you are not on the ‘My ongoing’ tab.
If you have many separate tenders ongoing at the moment you can additionally apply advanced filtering options to your searches by expanding the ‘Show advanced filter’ section by clicking on it.
The list of tenders also allows you to sort the shown tenders according to any of the columns and lets you select how many tenders you see per page. You can sort the list by clicking the column name. As an example, see the below screenshot in which the ‘Days to deadline’ column has been sorted to show the list of tenders according to how many days are left until the tenders close.
Columns with numerical values (Id, Days to deadline, Deadline) will sort smallest to largest and vice versa. The remaining columns will sort alphabetically from a to z and vice versa.
Another new functionality of the improved tender list is the ability to add notes to a tender. Notes can be added through the ‘Notes’ option which is the rightmost column on the tender list page.
