  • Customer Support: A dedicated customer support team to handle feedback, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Incorporation Process: Feedback will be reviewed regularly by our product development team, and actionable insights will be incorporated into subsequent updates and improvements.

Error Reporting:  

What processes will be in place for users to report errors or inaccuracies in the summaries?

Users will be able to report errors or inaccuracies through:

  • Support Tickets: A system for submitting support tickets to our customer success team, ensuring that all reports are tracked and addressed.
