Reset password

If you have forgotten your password, your password has expired, or are having another problem to login please use the ‘Forgot password’ option from our login page.

  1. From app.mercell.com click the Login button

  2. Click on ‘Forgot password’

  3. Insert your email and click ‘Reset Password’

  4. Within a very short time, you will receive an email with a code and a verification link. The browser where you asked to reset your password will also be on the same page as the verification link! Note that the code is valid for 1 hour, if it expires ask for a new code. The sender of the reset password email is noreply@mercell.com.

  5. Take the reset code from the email and insert it in the number 1 field. Fields 2 and 3 are for your personal password. There are instructions to ensure your password is secure enough and the same password is used. Once done click ‘Continue’ and your account is now updated with your new password.

  6. The final step is to log in using your new credentials. Insert your email and password, and you can log in. Should there be any problems, we always leave a link to our support on both app.mercell.com pages using the ‘Get Help’ button in the header and in all our emails where there is a link to ‘Mercell Customer Service’.
