Analyze performance - KPI category

Follow the steps below to further analyze the performance of a KPI category:

1. Open the supplier whose performance you want to analyze at KPI category level.

2. Click on the 'KPI' menu.

3. Click on the 'Dashboard' tab.

The 'Dashboard' tab provides an overview of the different KPI categories including scores. A total per supplier is also shown. The total is calculated based on the scores of the different categories. The weights assigned to the different KPI categories are taken into account.
