This article gives a short description of different problems that could arise on the “Team” page in tenders in Mercell Source-to-Contract.
Which users can change team members?
Users added to the Lead buyer group in Tenders can add/remove users to the tender.
Users are also able to make changes when: they are the admin for their account
When user rights in the Organisation settings allow a group to edit all tenders.
User rights
When you see users can make more changes in a tender than their Role suggests, they might have User rights selected that enables this.
If users are able to view a mini competition even though they are not added to the tender, check the DPS/framework agreement the mini competition is created in. Look for the option “Show all mini competitions”.
Partner organisations
Partner organisations are added through their email address. It is not possible to add an email address as partner organisation when the same address is already added as a colleague in the own organisation (in the organisation settings).
