You can download all documents of an individual supplier to your computer at once as a ZIP package by clicking
Download documents of all answers (ZIP)
The function can be used to compile one document package from all received responses and the responses' attachments.
All documents are also automatically saved in in the "Documents" section of the request
Reject answer
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can reject it with the "Reject answer" function.
Enter the rejection criteria and click "Reject response"
A message is sent to the bidder by e-mail, and the response is moved to incomplete in the Bid Service.
Unanswered questions
In the Tender Service, tenderers can ask questions to the procurement unit regarding a valid request. It is possible to ask additional information questions until the deadline specified by the procurement unit in the request.
If there are unanswered questions in a valid request, there is a red circle at the top of the page next to the image of the envelope, which indicates the number of unanswered questions. Each received question will also be sent an e-mail to the author of the request. A triangle is displayed on the Questions tab if the request has unanswered questions. Questions are answered on the Questions tab.
