Persons in charge and rights (Sourcing)

Sourcing

This article only applies to Sourcing

In the Persons in charge and rights section, you can define the rights during the entire life cycle of the request and who has the opportunity to see the request in the system.

 

Main person in charge

  • The request or auction must always have at least one person in charge 

  • The user can be selected from the drop-down menu, the user must have a username for Mercell Sourcing

 

Deputy person in charge

  • Alternate responsible persons are not mandatory, but they have the same rights as the main person in charge.

 

Visibility

  • The function has the option to hide the request from other users in the system, who do not have permissions to it

 

Reading right

  • The function has the option to grant read permissions

    • For all users

    • Only for the persons in charge

    • For persons in charge and selected users

 

Editing rights

  • For all users

  • Only for the persons in charge

  • For persons in charge and selected users

 

Note! Only the person making the request and any alternate person in charge have the right to edit, unless editing rights are separately granted to another user.
