eForms

eForms are the new standard notice forms for tenders exceeding the EU Commission's threshold. These new standard notice forms will be submitted for publication on Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), the European public procurement and contract advertising website. eForms are based on the following EU legislation. The new forms will come into force on October 25th, 2023.

Mercell has developed a new notice form tool in accordance with the requirements of eForms. Under “Veröffentlichung”, you select the appropriate notice form and click “Speichern”. Then you click "Formular ausfüllen” and a new tab will open in your browser where you can view and fill out the form.

In the new notice form tool, you can validate the standard form by clicking on "CheckList". Once you have completed the standard form, you can close the tab in your browser and return to CTM to continue editing the standard form at a later time by clicking "Edit Announcement" in CTM again.

Once your announcement is correctly completed and validated, the status of the form will change to "Ready to publish" in the form tool. You can then return to EU Supply / CTM and click the arrow next to Edit Announcement and click "Veröffentlichen" to publish the form when you are ready to publish the tender to TED.
