Top navigation functions and menus
In the top navigation of Cloudia's procurement system, you can find the modules (1) that the procurement unit uses, a link to the support portal (2), and a menu for changing the language (3) of the user interface. You can choose from: Finnish, English, Swedish and Norwegian.
Folder view and favourites
The home page shows the folder view of the procurement unit's bidding system. The information displayed in the folder view varies depending on the access level of the user's user ID and the functions used by the procurement unit.
Search
With the “Search” function, you can search for notifications by name, identifier or self-defined search criteria.
Favourites
In the favourites view, the user can add contests as favourites. Favourites are managed from the "Actions" view of notifications.
News
On the start page you can find current announcements (if they have been published) e.g. About the use of the competition and updates. Open the bulletin by clicking on its link. The procurement unit can also publish its own bulletins to the column. Bulletins are created from the "Notices" section of the "Settings" menu.

Registration for the Tendering
The most common way to log in to the system is through the page https://paliklutus.cloudia.fi.
However, if your procurement unit uses unified user management, you will log in from https://login.cloudia.net/.

Enter your username and password and click "Log in".
The user interface language can be changed on the login page. You can choose from: Finnish, English, Sweden and Danish

Click "Forgot your password?"
Enter your ID and "Send"
You will receive a link in your email through which you can set a new password
