If you wish to change your email address on your account then this can be done by contacting support.
Note: This process can take a bit of time and we will let you know as soon as we have made the change to your account.
Click on “How may we help you?“ and then you will be able to create a ticket
Add your previous email address and also state your new email address in the ticket
Click on Send
Support will respond to you by email to provide a case number.
